Born from Keith Adels’ journey through the legendary barbecue culture of Oklahoma and Texas, this one-of-a-kind supper club brings the soul of slow-smoked meats to an elevated dining experience in the heart of Wyoming.
It all started when Keith was a college student with a big appetite for bold, authentic barbecue—but not the budget to eat out every night. Determined to master the craft himself, he spent years perfecting his smoking techniques, experimenting with spices, and learning from some of the best pitmasters in the region. What began as a necessity soon became an obsession—and eventually, a vision for something bigger.
But behind every great meal is the perfect finishing touch, and that’s where Moriah Adels comes in. Known as the Dessert Queen, she creates the indulgent final course that makes each supper club dinner truly unforgettable. More than that, she’s the glue that holds it all together—welcoming guests at the door, helping behind the scenes, and making sure every event runs smoothly. Together, Keith and Moriah bring their shared passion for food, hospitality, and community to life.
Now, set at the popular Prairie Sky Venue, Gillette Supper Club is Wyoming’s first supper club of its kind. Each ticketed event features an exquisite four-course meal, expertly paired with handcrafted cocktails or fine spirits, all seasoned with Keith’s signature K’s Kickin’ Spices.
